Although Ken has owned and operated a mortgage brokerage company since 1989, I.C.I. PRO Funding was founded in 2008. We generally handled all types of lending, including private funds through our own mortgage investment company. Now we can focus on business for self clients and their needs in both commercial and residential mortgages. Values
I.C.I. PRO Funding wants every client to be a potential source of referrals. We know a referral is a vote of confidence so we do our best to earn that confidence from our clients. What makes Centum Styles Mortgage different?
I think our initial interview with the clients separate us. We discuss whether the clients needs and our level of expertise in that area are a good match. We proceed only after both parties believe our relationship should be mutually beneficial. Why TDMP?
Obviously having a tax efficient mortgage makes sense. TDMP ensures that projections used to determine the benefit to the client, have a real chance of being accurate because transactions take place how and when they should.
